For Chic Hair & Beauty Clinic, I designed and developed a modern and user-friendly WordPress website. This beauty salon, located in Utrecht, the Netherlands, offers a wide range of treatments in hair care, skin care, and beauty.

Before in the initial situation, Chic Hair & Beauty Clinic did not have a website. As a result, they relied heavily on phone calls and social media to inform customers about treatments, opening hours, and availability. This led to a time-consuming process and inefficient communication within the team. Staff spent amount of time answering questions and leaving less focus for their core activities.
There was a clear need for a centralized online platform where customers could easily find information and independently schedule appointments. 

To solve this, I designed and developed a user-friendly WordPress website. This solution allows the team at Chic Hair & Beauty Clinic to easily manage and update content without any technical knowledge. The website features clearly structured pages for treatments, opening hours, and contact information. During the project, there was also a need for online booking functionality, enabling customers to schedule appointments independently, which was added as a requirement. By focusing on usability, clarity, and a professional look and feel, the website aligns perfectly with the needs of both the team and their clients. 

The customers can now easily access information about treatments, opening hours, and pricing, reducing the number of inquiries via phone and social media.  It allowed the team to manage bookings while enabling customers to schedule appointments online. The result is a professional and well-structured website that enhances both the customer experience and internal efficiency.
